Pool Party Rentals

Reservations

All pool reservations must be made in person at the Recreation Center 14 days or no more than 6 months in advance of the event.

Deposit & Fees

A $100 deposit and all rental fees are due in-full at the time the reservation is made. Deposits must be paid with a credit card or debit card. Cash is not accepted. All eligible refunds are processed 14 business days after the rental date, and will be refunded by check.   

Guest Counts

All individuals entering the facility will count toward the total number of guests. This includes guests of all ages and guests who do not intend to swim.

Private Party Rentals

Private parties include the private use of the entire Aquatic Center. Private parties can be scheduled for the following times:

• Fridays
  5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
• Saturdays
  12:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Teen Party Rentals

Parties and activities involving minors ages 11-17 require the following:

Reservations will not exceed 50 minors per event.

One City of Lancaster Police Officer in uniform for every 25 minors.

Guest list must be provided 14 days before event. No individuals will be permitted to enter the reservation unless named on the list.

Participants are not allowed to leave the reservation once checked into the facility.

No reservation will be allowed to exceed the City's curfew hours for minors (11pm). Ordinance No. 2007-02-06 adopted February 26, 2007.

One chaperone (age 25 and older) for every 25 minors. (does not include police officer)

City sponsored events shall be exempt.

Failure to secure One City of Lancaster Police Officer in uniform for every 25 minors during a teen party will result in the cancellation of your party.  Please call 972-218-3700 for more information.
