Utility Bill Payment Methods

• Pay Electronically On The City Web Site:

  
  Online Bill Pay
  Pay electronically by credit card or debit card.
  Customers who choose this method will need their Utility account number which is listed on your utility bill. These types of payments will reflect on the account immediately once the transaction is completed.
  
  

• Pay By Phone: 972-218-1328

  
  Payments using credit cards or debit cards are accepted by telephone by calling 972-218-1328. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. These types of payents are real time and the account updates once the transaction is complete. Customers may also pay their bill at any time by utilizing the automated phone payment system. Customers who choose this method will need their Utility account number when calling. This number is on your utility bill.

  Kiosk:

  
  There is a Kiosk located on the east side of City Hall at 211 N. Henry St. for Utility payments. The Kiosk accepts checks, money orders, credit cards, and cash (no change). The payments are real time and the account updates once the transaction is complete.

• Pay in Person:

  
  You can make a payment in person for your water bill at the Utility Billing office inside City Hall located at 211 N. Henry Street. Also available to customers is a utility bill drop off box located near the east entrance of City Hall.
  
  

• Pay By Mail:

  
  Water bill payments can be mailed to the Utility Billing Division at:

• Pay By Automatic Bank Draft:

  
  For your convenience the City of Lancaster offers customers to pay through automatic bank drafts in which your utility bill will automatically be deducted from your checking or savings account. Customers that choose this method will need to bring a blank, voided check and an Authorization of Automatic Bank Draft form to the Utility Billing Office at 211 N. Henry Street.
