Adopted Ordinances

Effective September 1, 2017, the 2017 National Electrical Code was adopted by the City of Lancaster with amendments recommended by the North Central Texas Council of Governments.

Effective April 10th, 2017 the 2015 International Building and Fire Code along with related construction codes were adopted b the City of Lancaster with amendments recommended by the North Central Texas Council of Governments. All plan review after this date will be reviewed per the 2015 adopted codes.
