A property or liability Claim Form may be completed and submitted at either City Hall or the Human Resources Department between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

For your convenience, you may call 972-275-1790 to have a Claim Form faxed or emailed to you.

2. How do I check the status of my property/liability claim with the City of Lancaster?

To check the status of your claim, please call Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool (TML-IRP) at 1-800-537-6655. This organization insures the City of Lancaster and would be glad to assist you with updates once your claim is submitted.
