Lancaster RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) is a youth competitive baseball program on the recreational level of play. This program has been adopted by the Texas Rangers. This program participates in the Best Southwest Baseball League and also host a summer league in May and June.

RBI coaches are trained by the Texas Rangers at their Coaches Institute in Arlington, as well as being invited to Ron Washington Coaches Clinic during the RBI League.

Youth receive camps from the Texas Rangers, meet current Rangers player, parade on the Rangers field and enjoy at 30-40 games season (both BSB & RBI). A Rangers outing is customary each season. Each RBI players is invited to attend the "Legends for Youth" hosted by the City of Lancaster and conducted by Major League Baseball's Players Association Alumni. Eight former Major Leaguers come to City Park and train 200 area youth in basics of the game.
