Adult Fitness Classes

ZUMBA
Party yourself into shape! ZUMBA is an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow Latin-inspired dance fitness class that is moving millions toward good health. The music is upbeat and the moves are great for any fitness level.

Morning classes
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Cycling Class
An opportunity for indoor cycling - this spin class is a great cardio workout that is set to music.  You will perform intervals, warm-up and cool-down at an upbeat tempo. Must have an active Recreational ID for this class.

MIXXEDFIT
This is it, dance fitness program a mix of explosive dancing and boot camp toning.  It's big, it's exciting, it's Explosive!  
 
Wednesdays

DancerSize
Time to get into shape while learning the latest line dances - DancerSize is a line dance exercise class that allows you to dance your way through a fulfilling cardio workout.

2nd and 4th Saturdays
9:15 am - 10:15 am

Swing Out
Do you want to learn how to swing-out? Get ready to swing the night away. Bring your partner or not and swing your way to fitness and fun. Prepare for those future parties and special events.

Step Cardio Fusion
Step aerobics is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square, or circular platform  to upbeat music for an awesome work –out.

Muscle Work
Working your muscles as they move against resistance. Strengthening and toning your muscle with weighs and body weight for a slimmer you.

Yoga
Promote the union of mind, body & spirit. Learn how to connect the mind & body through breathing. Explore relaxation techniques for overall health & wellbeing.

Thursdays 7:30pm - 8:30pm
