Extraordinary changes are required in City operations to help contain the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) within our community.
The following changes are now in effect:
- The Senior Life Center is closed to the public.
- At the Lancaster Recreation Center, only the Fitness Atrium is open. The modified hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. (60+) and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. (18+). If you purchased any programs or made any reservations, and would like to discuss your options, please call 972-218-3710 or Email.
- The Municipal Court is open Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The court is holding the normal dockets, however there is a limited capacity in the lobby and courtroom to help keep residents safe. For questions, you may call the Municipal Court at 972-218-1334.
- The Lancaster Veterans Memorial Library is open with modified hours of operation. Visit the library Monday - Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Library services are available online. You may also reserve or check out resources by contacting the Veterans Memorial Library at 972-227-1080 or Email. A drive through is available for check out and drop off.
